Fees & payment
We do not accept insurance. If your insurance allows out-of-network providers, you may be able to be eligible for reimbursement through superbills. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider prior to starting therapy to confirm.
Fees
Individual Sessions $205 (45 min) or $245 (60 min)
Couple Sessions $265 (60 min)
Out-of-network insurance reimbursement process
Check with your insurance to see if you’re able to receive reimbursement for out-of-network care.
Before each session, you’ll submit payment to Arise directly.
After each session, if requested, we will provide you with a receipt with all the necessary codes (AKA a superbill).
You’ll submit the superbill, along with any required claim forms, to your insurance plan.
If the claim is approved, you’ll receive reimbursement directly from your insurance plan.

Therapy begins
If we both agree we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an intake session, send over initial paperwork, and then our work together begins.
