IFS is a useful model to help create internal space and relief from the burdens, critical narratives, and protectors that impact how we interact with ourselves, others, and the world.

We will reach out to you within 48 hours to set up a free 20-minute consultation. We’ll talk about what you are looking for, answer any questions you have, and see if we’re a good fit.

Therapy begins

If we both agree we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an intake session, send over initial paperwork, and then our work together begins.
