We are shaped by our lived experiences, and we believe that your story is unique. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to trauma treatment, which is why we utilize an eclectic approach that focuses on each client’s needs. 

We use an individualized approach that includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational-Cultural Therapy, and attachment theory to inform treatment.

We believe that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful vehicle for healing and growth and that, through it, impactful change can take place in people’s lives.

If we both agree we’re a good fit, we’ll schedule an intake session, send over initial paperwork, and then our work together begins.
