Beth Waterman
Managing Director and Senior Clinician
Beth is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with individuals and couples impacted by complex trauma.
She uses an individualized approach that focuses on each client’s needs, incorporating her formal training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational-Cultural Therapy, and attachment theory.
She also offers consultation and training for organizations to expand awareness and understanding around traumatic impact within communities and how to provide trauma-informed responses.
Beth is Level 2 trained in IFS/IFIO and Somatic IFS, and uses her training in EMDR to address impacts of acute and chronic PTSD and early childhood trauma. Beth offers clinical supervision for pre-licensed clinicans, and is licensed in Massachusetts, Michigan (Telehealth only) and Indiana (Telehealth only).
Beth has a great love of the outdoors. On days off, you can find her hiking around the mountains, ice climbing, or chasing Ruby (her lovable sheepdog and support dog in residence) down a trail.
“My core belief is that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful vehicle for healing and growth and that through it, impactful change can take place in people’s lives.”
